Seeing vivid future images

After waking up and relaxing with my eyelids closed, a vivid image of a piece of paper (un-serviceable tag)was on the floor at my work environment. This kind of scared me and when I opened my eyes the image was gone. I went to work and low-and-behold there was the exact image in reality.

On a second occasion something similar happened. A vivid image of a huge insect(ladybug) against a red background suddenly appeared. I knew my eyelids were closed, but the sudden appearance of the ladybug made me swipe at it and my eyes came open. I got up to use the bathroom, and low and behold, a ladybug, but much smaller was on my bedroom curtain. I of course did not kill it. I was simply amazed that this was impossible. The third and maybe final time was months later when a had my heart attack. At the hospital, as I rolled in, I remember telling the staff in a panic that I couldn't see. However, this didn't make quite sense because my eyes were wide open. For a brief second I knew that I wasn't looking at them with my physical eyes, although my eyes were wide open.

It quickly, switched back to seeing out of my physical eyes. They quickly rushed me in to do heart surgery. According to my ex-wife, she stated that the hospital said that I had died twice. I did not confirm her statement.

I just want to thank the people who saved me. But above all GOD.
(that's another story in itself).
