A former French intelligence director has made the claim that UFOs could be coming from parallel worlds.
There have been many theories concerning the nature and origins of UFOs over the years, with the most widespread being that they are either government black projects or intelligent alien visitors.

According to Alain Juillet, former director of intelligence at the French Directorate-General for External Security (DGSE), however, it is also possible that UFOs may be coming from parallel worlds.

During a recent interview with Paris Match, he outlined his thoughts on the phenomenon:

"In the particular field of UFOs, not to mention the people who see a flying saucer landing in a field, there are fighter pilots, astronauts, people who are anything but funny and report very precise observations," he said.

"We must not say that they are nonsense, but just recognize that there are things that escape us."
"It is that obvious these machines or these appearances do not function according to the terrestrial laws and in particular that they are not subjected to gravitation."

On the parallel worlds theory, he added:

"For comparison, a fly with its faceted eyes can see dimensions other than ours even though it lives in our world. Perhaps, therefore, there are things that are in our universe that we cannot see in normal times because they are not in our field of vision."

"But perhaps, from time to time, something happens, that a phenomenon passes through our field of perception before disappearing."

Could this idea be based on something he personally witnessed or heard about during his time as an intelligence officer ?

The search for answers continues.

Exactly.

Yet, there are a whole entourage of people who attempt to deny the entire phenomenon.  Wouldn’t be surprised if some of them comment in this thread.

I don’t like to be one of these “talk about me” guys like some people around here....but I myself have seen UFOs on more than one occasion.  But then, it is my habit to observe the skies.  Anyway, the first UFO I saw looked like the batplane.  It made no sound, and was almost perfectly dark.  But I saw it and it was twenty years ago.  I would say that I think that an example of military technology. But, on another occasion I did in fact observe a series of moving objects that I can’t really explain, but, they were giving off light, so again, they could be military technology.

Whatever these UFOs are is a complete mystery to me.  I don’t really have a good explanation for myself.  I think much of it can be explained through our own technology, but there’s quite a bit that cannot.  For example, you take the last fifty or so years.  This “UFO” behavior as it’s described today has been the same.  Namely, that they seem to appear briefly usually, and they move off at rapid speeds.....perhaps after they have been observed?   IDK.  I speculate.  But it can be shown that this rapid, antigravity type motion has been documented for a long time.  At the sam... Becasue there aren't any.   Oh wait, I fergot = the alienz only land in the USA (or in this case, France - I mean, where else..?). Only at secret military bases.  And they turn their lights off until they have landed safely. Oh wait, again  ... that doesn't align with a single UFO report. .... except one.

Wind and heat would be no problem for such a device. The best theoretical example we have to theorise with is the Alqcubierre/Froning warp drive.

Just to point out that the information in the video above is purely theoretical as is the notion of warp drive,  it’s a possible technology for the future in space travel, and I know that experiments have been done with it, but it doesn’t explain the type of motion claimed by people who have witnessed UFO’s.  FWIW.

He is onto something here. There is no other explanation for the technology. It must be a common thing for the beings, but totally out of our scientific knowledge, therefore very difficult and/or impossible (almost) to explain. One can tell that they need either certain speed or to be close to certain weather or seismological phenomena to be abler to go and come back. In addition, they obviously display knowledge or the world's problems and where we are heading as for the fact that they appear in or around nuclear sites, interact with navy crafts, and other known interactions. So they are not ... [More]
