Spinning disc filmed in the sky over Mexico

The video was allegedly filmed over the Mexican city of Tijuana. Image Credit: sxc.hu Uploaded to YouTube by user Alfredo Alvarez, very little else is actually known about the video which appears to show a strange glowing object hanging in the sky after dark over Tijuana, a city in Mexico situated on the country's border with the United States.

While the camerawork leaves a lot to be desired for most of the clip's 38 seconds it is possible to get a decent glimpse of the object towards the end of the video.Roughly disc-shaped and bathed in a row of blue lights located around its edges, the mysterious object seems to flip over and over like a coin that has been tossed in to the air.

With so little information available regarding the circumstances of the footage however it is very difficult to know what it could be. One suggestion is that it may be some sort of remote-controlled helicopter drone with the blue lights affixed to the top of its rotor blades.

This is one video that UFO enthusiasts may be analyzing for quite some time.
