A 23-year-old woman had to be escorted home by police after sleepwalking in to a local supermarket.
The unfortunate incident, which occurred in Aberdeen, Scotland, saw the unnamed woman wander barefoot in to her local Asda supermarket at 2:30am wearing nothing but a nightdress.
When asked about her experience, she revealed that she remembered waking up in the fruit and veg aisle where she had been searching for a watermelon to purchase.
It turned out that she had walked over one-and-a-half miles from her home to get there and had even visited several others shops on the way - all while completely fast asleep.
"Police were called in relation to concerns for a female at around 2.30am at Asda Garthdee," the local police said in a statement about the incident. "She was assisted home safely."
