A line-up of Spot robot dogs feature in a new viral video recreating the energetic performance of The Rolling Stones.
If there's one thing robotics company Boston Dynamics knows how to do as well as building robots its making viral videos and this latest example is no exception, having already clocked up over 1.2 million views on Youtube.

Over the years we've seen the company's popular robotic dog 'Spot' perform all manner of impressive manoeuvers, however we've never seen it perform a routine quite like this one.

The video shows several of the robots perfectly mimicking the music video for The Rolling Stones hit song 'Start Me Up', complete with simulated lip syncing and dancing.
It's fair to say that the robots do a better job of dancing to the track than Bill Gates and Steve Ballmer when they awkwardly bopped on stage to the same song during the Windows 95 launch party event some 26 years ago.

The Boston Dynamics video aims to celebrate the 40th Anniversary of the Rolling stones' Tattoo You album with the robots mimicking each of the band's members in perfect synch with the video.

Bill Gates might not have had moves like Jagger, but Spot certainly does.
